You agree not to use SaveClip to infringe, misappropriate, or violate the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

2. Right to Decline and Terminate Requests

We may decline requests that misuse copyright or privacy.

SaveClip takes intellectual property and individual privacy rights seriously. We reserve the full and absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability, to:

• Decline, reject, or block any media retrieval request where potential copyright infringement, trademark abuse, or privacy violations are detected;
• Refuse processing of URLs originating from accounts, creators, or domains that have requested exclusion or opted out of link resolution;
• Refuse access to password-protected, private, age-gated, or restricted media content;
• Throttle, suspend, or permanently ban IP addresses or clients exhibiting automated scraping, bot behavior, or abusive request volumes.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation & Nominative Fair Use

SaveClip is strictly an independent web utility and is not affiliated with third-party social networks.

All brand names, product logos, registered trademarks, and platform service marks referenced on this website are the sole property of their respective owners. Any reference to third-party platforms on SaveClip is strictly for nominative, descriptive, and educational purposes to designate compatibility of public URL formats.

4. Zero-Storage Architecture & Direct Stream Resolution

SaveClip operates under a strict zero-storage, real-time client resolution architecture:

• No File Storage: SaveClip does not host, replicate, cache, or maintain an archive, catalog, or database of audio, video, or photographic media on its servers.
• Direct Link Delivery: Our technology functions purely as an ephemeral parser. When a valid public URL is requested, our servers parse public metadata and return direct download pointers originating directly from the platform's public content delivery networks (CDNs).
• Transient Sessions: No user-submitted files remain on our systems after your session completes. We do not store downloaded files.

5. Prohibited Activities & User Conduct

By using SaveClip, you agree that you will NOT under any circumstances:

• Attempt to access, download, or distribute private, paywalled, or confidential media without authorization;
• Bypass, disable, tamper with, or circumvent any technological protection measures (TPMs), encryption standards, or digital rights management (DRM) protocols;
• Resell, redistribute, broadcast, sublicense, or commercially exploit any media downloaded using this tool;
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers to perform high-frequency batch downloading or stress test our infrastructure;
• Use SaveClip to harass, defame, impersonate, or distribute unauthorized intimate or private media of any person;
• Violate any local, state, national, or international copyright, privacy, or computer crime legislation.

6. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Takedown Notice

SaveClip respects the legitimate intellectual property rights of all content creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation.

If you are a copyright owner, an authorized agent, or a content creator and believe that any media resolved through our service infringes upon your copyright, you may send a written DMCA Takedown Notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• The specific URL(s) or links on our site or the origin platform URL you wish to have blacklisted;
• Your contact details: legal name, physical address, phone number, and a valid email address;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receiving an actionable and verified DMCA notice, SaveClip will promptly process the request and add the identified URLs, creators, or content channels to our system blacklist to prevent future link resolution.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaveClip is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, SaveClip disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, speed, non-infringement, and continuous uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Under no circumstances shall SaveClip, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit loss, or legal costs) resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use this service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaveClip, its operators, contributors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's copyright or privacy rights.

9. Modifications to Terms
